Description Production Capacity: Up to 600 kg of sausages per shift. Comes with three nozzles of 12mm, 25mm, and 35mm diameters. Additionally, an eccentric elbow is included for adjusting nozzle heights. Possible to connect our manufacturing vacuum station. Designed for structured sausages with larger meat chunks. Controlled by a knee pedal; releasing it abruptly stops the filling due to decompression. Manufacturer’s 1-year warranty. Features:
  • Entirely stainless steel – hopper, lid, piston, and casing.
  • Easily cleanable 30-liter detachable hopper.
  • Electric-hydraulic system (motor-pump-hydraulic cylinder).

  • Preserves meat mix structure, without over-grinding or mashing.
  • Abrupt stop of the filling after releasing the pedal due to decompression, with precise piston speed adjustment.
Technical Specifications:
  • All hydraulics by Mozzioni. The hopper wall thickness: 3mm stainless for Italy; lid and piston thickness: 20mm Aisi 304.
  • Productivity: 800 kg per shift
  • Easy cleaning – hopper removed in 1 minute for cleaning; piston and lid can be cleaned without removing from the syringe (due to weight), powered off. Removing the lid and piston for maintenance takes 1 minute. Seal in the lid and piston are identical.
Convenience:
  • Easy loading of products into the hopper; the lid automatically lifts and swivels. Option: hanging table for a box.
