FARS200 robotic forming and cutting system
Serviced by a single unskilled operator. Production capacity of 3 trays per minute. The system includes a gear-driven filler with a hydraulic BIN loader, a modular forming and cutting unit, a servo-controlled dual-level conveyor, an integrated robotic tray handling system, a rotating trolley platform, drying trolleys with stainless-steel trays, and an intuitive LCD touchscreen control panel.
