Description
- This is an upgraded version of a hydraulic piston sausage filler, capable of exerting 94kN force. This system can effectively work with dense minced meat at temperatures as low as -4°C.
- Remote control offers the operator flexibility during the tray extension process under the nozzles, enhancing workflow efficiency.
- Our system comes with a variety of applications, ranging from 26 nozzles (8mm-20mm in diameter) to dense attachments with thickness from 3mm. Following this, it can be cut into straws using a Bizzerbo tenderizer.
- A set of sausage tubes allows you to diversify your production and manufacture structured sausages.
- Features an adjustable overhead rack for mesh tray placement, adding convenience and operational ease.
- The system is entirely disassemblable, with a cleaning time of just 15 minutes.
