We offer a full 12-month warranty on all our equipment, no matter where in the world you purchase it. Whether in the USA, Europe, Dubai, or Australia, our commitment remains the same.

We recognize that all equipment, regardless of its technological sophistication, may require maintenance and adjustments.

In Europe, our mobile team can provide on-site service and resolve issues directly. 

In remote areas, we operate as follows: clients can use their internal technical service resources or hire an external technical company. Our engineers provide online consultations to these specialists, and together, we resolve the issues. Upon completion, the client invoices us for the service costs, and we cover these expenses.

Clients can perform routine maintenance and service independently. We provide comprehensive technical documentation and video tutorials to facilitate this process. It’s straightforward and doesn’t require hiring external contractors.

For minor spare parts and components, we ensure swift delivery through DPD and DHL within 14 days, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances.

Currently, we have equipment and spare parts warehouses in the following locations:

San Diego, USA; Vilnius, Lithuania; Krakow, Poland; Zvolen, Slovakia; Baku, Azerbaijan; Tbilisi, Georgia; Samarkand, Uzbekistan. From these locations, we ensure prompt shipment of spare parts and equipment.

Within 10 days, we can manufacture custom nozzles for forming sticks and strips according to your drawings and produce specific parts. We have our own CNC lathes and milling machines, CNC laser cutting and metal bending equipment, the most modern welding machines, and a continuously trained staff. 

After assembly, each piece of equipment is sent to our personal laboratory for testing. For 48 hours, we subject it to maximum load, simulating pressing all buttons, creating increased pressure to test for rupture, measuring temperature to prevent overheating, and testing automatic safety features for electrical and operational safety. We also test the water resistance of electrical components. 

 

These tests are conducted by the TSU Certification Center in Slovakia. Based on the results for electromagnetic safety, electrical shock protection, and food safety, we have received CE certification.
